Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail for most of UK deliveries.  For all Standard & Free deliveries, we use a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service which should arrive with the recipient within 48 hours but you should allow up to 3 working days for goods to arrive to allow for late in the day collections.

For "Express" deliveries we use a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service which should arrive with the recipient within 24 hours but customers should allow up to two working days for receipt of goods to allow for late in the day collections.

For Next Day and Saturday deliveries we use either Royal Mail Special Deliveries or a selected Courier service of it's choosing.  In all cases, such deliveries will require a signature.

For Overseas deliveries we use a service that will hand the delivery package to the National Carrier of the country of receipt unless an alternative carrier is selected.  Signature will be required on receipt.
